[2 @4Contents for Issue 4 of Amiga Frontier the perverts mag:
@6
Entertainment: This month sees Kevin the Joystick preparing for his
bike ride. How does he hold the handle bars?
Don't ask me I just write this crap.
Molgrat has been given the boot because he never does
anything, so hopefully someone else will be taking over
from him. It's Log if you're interested.
In the interview series we talk to David Pleasance
the ex Managing director of Commodore (RIP).
We also have the usual dribble including Devils Byte,
Writers Comments and the Frontier P.C
The P.D Bit: This month we have that review I've been promising you,
yes we review OURSELVES!! So head to the P.D section now
for an unbiased review of A>F.
Also this month we review more CDROM discs including
17Bit Phase 5, Light Work CD and loads more.
On the utility side of things we take a look at
AssignZ, SnoopDos and a favourite of mine FMSynth.
On the demo front we have two nice demos to look at
and a picture of Molgrat on his hols. Nice eh?
Technical: In our Technical section, we take you through the
wonders of wonderful things, wonderful eh?
Viper takes a look at the A601 for the A600.
M>S>C was going to review the Blizzard 1220/4 but he lied.
There is the news section for those of you who want
to catch up on the latest Amiga gossip. Unlike
some magazines which are out about every 5 months
we bring you the latest, cos were monthly, just like
err, oh forget it, I'm not allowed to say it.
In our let's all slag off Escom column this month
we talk about possible bias towards Escom P.Cs instead
of honest customer advice about the Amiga and its many
attributes. Thinking about buying a Syquest EZ-135 drive
instead of a Zip drive?? Well, we'll let think you more
@6because we've already reviewed them. Well the Zip drive
anyway. Check out the technical bit if you
are feeling technically minded.
Games: This month we take a look at loads of games. This
is what we play, I mean review this month:
The Settlers (budget)
Breathless
Rick dangerous
Citadel
Pacman (Xtreme racing actually)
Kwooaaarr!! Loads heh?
We also managed to fit in our usual preview of games
to come, PLUS our Flight of the
Amazon Queen guide!!! How do we do it??
Simple really, we just type it all in.
Music: In our definitive Music section this month, we have
our Amiga Module chart update: we received a pretty
good response to this. Conny takes us through the
workings of Protracker and also the new CD from
Pleasances Tangent Music entitled `Everybodys Girlfriend'.
Keep an eye for new modules with the A.F guide to
decent modules, playable on Protracker, MED and all
reasonably up to date tracker clones.
M.S.C bores us all silly with his oasis CD review.
Amiga Video: This is what you've all been waiting for and it's here:
Amiga video on a tight budget, we take you through
the basics including what gear you'll need. An explanation
of what various Amiga video tools do.
We also take a look at a few Genlocks and Scala usage.
Plus there's much more!! Cool!
Ads + Bits and:This section is devoted to adverts, messages and
Bobs miscellaneous articles which we couldn't find anywhere
else to dump.
Final Frontier:This months final frontier (for the uninitiated) features
various contributors articles, points of view and a silly
picture to make the section look bigger.
